    - Holders of the 12th grade or legally equivalent qualification; - Holders of CETs, CTeSPs or higher education degrees; - Over 23s - those who have passed the tests specially designed to assess their ability to attend higher education.

  • ObjectivosObjectives

    The CTeSP in Management Consultancy and Public Administration at the Escola Superior de Ciências da Administração, of the Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia, aims to develop skills and train technicians who are able to develop, coordinate and implement, autonomously or under guidance, the main support activities in the areas of logistics, finance and human resources in companies/organisations of the public administration.

    - Planning, managing and carrying out administrative, advisory and secretarial activities for the governing and management bodies of the public organisation in which they work; - Collaborate in assessing the execution of activities and their compliance with current legislation in the context of public administration; - Planning and carrying out activities to support the management of companies/organisations in the civil service; - Participating in and supporting the administrative process of performance management and evaluation. - Intervening in the planning and development of quality management procedures in Public Services. - Developing and managing civil service career management plans. - Participating in the definition and implementation of reception and social integration procedures in the labour context. - Drawing up administrative support documents for accounting and financial management. - Managing and optimising IT resources to support administrative and management control processes. - Implementing processes related to human resources management in the area of public relations in a labour context. - Collaborating in assessing the quality of services provided and proposing measures for improvement, with a view to helping and guiding the conduct of employees in their relations with other organisations, governed by the code of ethics.
