The Lusófona Teaching Development Days promote the continuous professional development and upskilling of faculty members and researchers
The Lusófona Teaching Pedagogical Development Days bring together a series of sessions designed to offer diversity, practical value, and to address the ongoing professional, personal, and pedagogical development needs of our academic staff and researchers.
Recognising the importance of initiatives that support personal development and career progression for academic staff across Lusófona Higher Education Institutions, each lecturer is expected to participate in at least one of the available sessions, without prejudice to attending additional training activities.
