3rd Conference on Positive Longevity

Local do Evento:
Experts come together to discuss health and quality of life, promoting a positive approach to ageing grounded in scientific evidence
The 3rd Conference on Positive Longevity will take place on 5 November 2026, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, at ERISA – Ribeiro Sanches School of Health, at the Polytechnic Institute of Lusofonia (IPLUSO). The conference aims to promote a new paradigm for ageing, centred on enhancing autonomy, health, social participation and quality of life throughout the entire lifespan.
Rather than focusing solely on demographic challenges, the conference will promote a positive, evidence-based perspective, bringing together researchers, professionals, policymakers and students to reflect on policies, practices and innovation in this field.
It will also provide an important platform for presenting research projects, sharing best practices and strengthening collaborative networks, contributing to a society that seeks not only to add years to life, but above all life to years.
